Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and handled across different regions.

1. Order Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order before shipment.

  • Standard products: 1–2 business days

  • Handmade & custom-made items: 1–7 business days

Processing times may extend slightly during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping time begins after your order has been processed.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier link

  • Estimated delivery updates

You may track your package at any time through the carrier’s official website.


5. Customs Duties & Taxes

  • Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are not included in our prices.

  • These charges may be applied by your local customs authority.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs payments required upon arrival.

  • Expedited shipments may be more likely to undergo customs inspection.

  • If a package is held by customs, the customer must contact the customs office directly.

This section follows Google Shopping’s tax and transparency requirements.


6. Shipping Limitations

We cannot guarantee successful delivery to:

  • PO Boxes

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses

  • Restricted or military zones

  • Remote islands not serviced by carriers

  • Countries where carriers cannot ensure safe delivery

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other territories may require additional time.


7. Failed Delivery

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Recipient unavailable at delivery

  • Refusal to pay customs duties

  • Carrier unable to deliver due to local conditions
