We process all transactions through Shop Pay (Shopify Payments), which is fully integrated with our store and offers advanced encryption and fraud detection, including 3D Secure authentication. This ensures your payment information is handled securely and allows a one‑tap checkout experience.
Every order is also covered by Artves Purchase Protection. If your item isn’t as described, arrives damaged or late, or never arrives, we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund. You shop from creators—Artves handles everything else.

Payment Methods

  • Express checkout options:

    • Shop Pay – our default accelerated checkout; save your details once and pay in seconds.

    • PayPal – pay with your PayPal balance or linked bank account.

    • Amazon Pay – sign in with your Amazon account for a seamless checkout experience.

    • Google Pay – available on supported browsers and Android devices.
      Activating Shopify Payments doesn’t limit customer choice; buyers can still select PayPal, Amazon Pay or other alternatives at checkout.

  • Standard payment options:

    • Credit & debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diner’s Club.

    • PayPal: Choose PayPal during the payment step as an alternative to entering card details.

    • Crypto (USDC): We accept USDC stablecoin for customers in most U.S. states (not available in Arkansas, New York, Pennsylvania or Texas).

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). If you pay in a different currency, Shopify Payments automatically converts the amount using current exchange rates.

How to Check Out

  1. Add to Cart: On the product page, click “Add to Cart” to place an item in your cart.

  2. Review Cart & Checkout: Click the cart icon to review items, quantities and prices, then select “Proceed to Checkout.”

  3. Enter Shipping Information: Provide your name, delivery address, email and phone number. Express options like Shop Pay, PayPal or Amazon Pay can autofill these details.

  4. Select Payment Method: Choose your preferred option (credit/debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay or USDC) and follow the prompts to complete your order.

You can check out as a guest without creating an account.

Using Shop Pay

Shop Pay saves your shipping and payment details for faster checkout. Once your phone number is verified, future purchases can be completed with a single verification code.
Steps to use Shop Pay:

  1. Select the Shop Pay button on a product page, in your cart or at checkout.

  2. Enter your email or use a saved passkey.

  3. Complete verification via SMS or email.

  4. Optionally set a default shipping address.

  5. Review your order and click “Complete purchase.”

You may also choose Shop Pay Installments to split purchases into 3–24 monthly payments, subject to eligibility and interest rates from 0–36% APR.

  • What’s covered?

    • The item doesn’t match the description or photos (wrong color, size, material, missing components or undisclosed imperfections).

    • The item arrives damaged – we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

    • The item arrives after the estimated delivery window shown at checkout.

    • The item doesn’t arrive or is lost in transit.

  • Why it’s safer: All products sold on Artves are entrusted to us by the original artists and makers. We inspect, pack and ship every item ourselves. Any returns, exchanges or issues are handled by our team, not by individual sellers.

  • Support process:

    1. Contact Artves Support: If anything seems wrong, send a message through your order page. Most issues can be resolved immediately.

    2. Case review: If we need more details, we’ll verify your claim without requiring a response from the seller.

    3. Resolution: Eligible orders receive a refund or replacement. You’ll receive a confirmation email once resolved.

  • Which orders are protected? Every order fulfilled by Artves is covered, including issues related to inaccurate descriptions, damaged items, late arrivals or non‑delivery.

  • Does opening a case affect the artist? No. Artves manages quality control, shipping and support so creators can focus on their craft.

  • When is an order considered late? An order is late if it arrives after the delivery window shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. Extraordinary circumstances (natural disasters, wars, carrier strikes) may be excluded.
