At Artves, we want every customer to enjoy a safe and confident shopping experience. Because many items sold on Artves are handmade or made-to-order, our return standards are designed to be transparent, fair, and compliant with global consumer protection guidelines.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused or unworn
- In their original packaging
- With all tags and accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
1.1 Custom & Handmade Items
Because many Artves products are custom-made, personalized, or handcrafted by independent artists:
- Custom or personalized items may be returned only if defective or damaged.
- Non-defective custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Return Shipping Costs
The party responsible for return shipping depends on the reason for return:
2.1 When Artves Covers Return Shipping
- Incorrect item received
- Manufacturing defect
- Shipping damage
- Any issue caused by Artves or the seller
No additional fees will apply.
2.2 When the Customer Covers Return Shipping
- Change of mind
- Preference-based returns
- Size/fit issues
- No defect found after inspection
Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

For certain regions, Artves maintains optional international return points to simplify logistics. These locations may only be used if explicitly authorized by our support team during the return process.

5. How to Start a Return
- Email support@artves.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions.
- Unauthorized or unsolicited returns cannot be accepted.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
7. Exchanges
To exchange an item, please follow the return process above. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order. Custom items can only be exchanged if defective.
8. Refund Processing

We will notify you once your returned item is inspected and whether your refund is approved.
8.2 Refund Timeframe
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
