1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused or unworn

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags and accessories included

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

1.1 Custom & Handmade Items

Many Artves products are handcrafted or personalized by independent creators.

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may be returned only if defective or damaged.

  • Non-defective custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.


2. Return Shipping Costs

Responsibility for return shipping depends on the reason for the return.

2.1 When Artves Covers Return Shipping

  • Incorrect item received

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Damage during shipment

  • Any issue caused by Artves or the seller

No additional fees will apply.

2.2 When the Customer Covers Return Shipping

  • Change of mind

  • Preference-based returns

  • Size/fit issues

  • No defect found after inspection

Return shipping fees are non-refundable.


3. How to Start a Return

Because return instructions vary by product category and creator, all returns require prior authorization.

To begin:

  1. Email support@artves.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return authorization and the correct return instructions.

  3. Unauthorized or unapproved returns cannot be accepted.

This process ensures accurate routing and proper handling for marketplace items.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

We will resolve the matter promptly.


5. Exchanges

To request an exchange, follow the standard return authorization process.

  • Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

  • Custom or personalized items can be exchanged only if defective.


6. Refund Processing
