We offer a 30-day return policy:

• Return window: Within 30 days of receiving your item
• Item condition: Must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
• Return process: Email support@artves.com to request a return
• Return shipping cost: If the return is due to customer reasons, the customer pays for return shipping; if the product is faulty, we will cover the cost

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved
• If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
• Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund
